We specialise in the built industry providing risk assessments for buildings including purpose built blocks of flats to satisfy legal requirements for health & safety, fire, asbestos and Legionella regulations, for residents associations and property management companies. We provide flat door, communal door, and communal compartmentation fire safety compliance audits, and can raise remedial specifications and tender the works, as well as project manage the works on behlaf of clients. We can also undertake fire safety compliance in accordance with the Fire Safety Act 2021, as well as act as competent support for building safety management.
The company has membership of the Fire Protection Association and British Fire Consortium, and consultants have varying membership of the Institution of Fire Engineers, Institute of Fire Prevention Officers, Institutution of Occupational Safety and Health, and International Institute of Risk and Safety Management.
